The Green Ogre

The green Ogre a.k.a  SHREK

A very interesting and well written movie. It had a budget of $60 million.  A movie you can watch over and over again without feeling boredom or lack of interest. Donkey is enough to entertain the whole family. Its not your traditional princess/prince story which really attracted me to it. Its a movie you can enjoy and watch at any age.

There are also subtle puns that only adults will understand such as the following, 'When Shrek wonders whether the small Lord Farquaad is compensating for something with his very tall castle'.

Favorite scenes are many, especially when donkey is in the image.Shrek's breakfast would definitely not be something I'd ever like to try.

Fiona, Shrek's future wife has a very strong and tough yet soft personality. Her fighting skills are really impressive for a princess. I mean usually princesses are portrayed as submissive beautiful helpless princesses but Fiona changed this idea.
I love the ending when donkey and dragon have cute donkdragon babies. The ginger bread-man is also so cute.

I think the characters, storyline and everything about the movie is spot on. I would not suggest nor change a single thing!!

Not to mention, part two was awesome as well!! Puss in boats is so cute. Oh those innocent eyes staring right back at ya!!

check out the trailer!
